Check your balance, shop online, find stores near you, and find out what you can buy. To use this app, your health plan must include a FirstLine Benefits program: FirstLine Essentials, Essentials+, Select, or Select+.
How do I create an account?
You will be prompted to create an account after you open the app. During this process you will be asked to provide an email address, health insurance member ID number, last name, date of birth, and phone number. You will also create a username and password at this time. Make sure you keep this information in a secure location.
It’s possible your health insurance plan doesn’t include a FirstLine Benefits program. If you believe this is a mistake, reach out to our customer support team at: sh*******************@op***.com or contact your insurance company using the number on the back of your member ID.
Designed for members who are part of the FirstLine™ benefits through their health plan, employer or other group. You must be eligible to register your FirstLine Benefits account.

Manage Your Account
Securely manage your username, password and email preferences.
Activate Your Card (FirstLine™ Select and FirstLine™ Select+ programs only)
If your program includes a debit card, you can activate and manage your card in the app.
Enter your card number and expiration date below. All fields are required in order to activate your card
The expiration date on your card could be mis-printed as 12/2. The expiration date for your card will most likely be 12/26.
FirstLine Benefits Card Activation
1. Visit the website https://www.shopfirstlinebenefits.com/
2. Click on FirstLine Benefits Card Activation Link.
3. You will be directed to Activation Page.
4. Now enter 16 digit Card Number.
5. ENter the Expiration Date.
6. Lastly enter the Date of the Birth.
7. Now click on the Activate My Card Button to Activate the Card.
Check Your Balance
Find your current account balance and expiration date, so you know when you have credits to spend.
Shop Online
Buy products from our expansive online catalog and have them shipped directly to your home. You can also track your order status from the app.
Find Stores (FirstLine™ Select and FirstLine™ Select+ programs only)
If your benefit includes an option to shop in-store, you can use the store locator to find participating locations near you.
Scan Products (FirstLine™ Select and FirstLine™ Select+ programs only)
Use the barcode scanner to find out if products are approved as you shop in store.
